HBS Consortium holds equity partnerships in several PNG national companies, including RDS Civil Group Ltd, Future World Design PNG Ltd, and South Dav Pacific Ltd. Our Approach
Our business model begins with a funded financial feasibility study — typically supported by the PNG Government or relevant agencies — covering all aspects of design, costing, construction, and operations. This ensures complete transparency, accountability, and sustainable funding for each project.
HBS Consortium manages procurement, production, construction, and full financial administration with quarterly audits. We are capable of representing Special Development Authorities, securing Joint Venture agreements with principal landowners, or acting as Head Contractor under full legal compliance.
